I hope this doesn't make me a backseat admin, but I had to get it this off my chest.
ADD YOUR FUCKING PASTAS TO THE ARTICLE LISTING AND USERS SUBMISSIONS. Jesus. Are you really that lazy that you decide to disregard the rules and go about your day after updating the pasta and not even adding it to the submissions list? This wiki HAS RULES, and it must be incredibly frustrating for Cleric to watch his rules get squashed again and again and again. He works for hours on end on this wiki, and to have your rules pissed and shat on by a bunch of illiterate 12 year olds writing shit like "OMG I SAW HEROBRINE AND DIED BUT I BLED FIRST111!1!!!" must be incredibly offending.
Cleric himself made a whole blog about this incident IN NOVEMBER, and people STILL refuse to follow the goddamn rules. I suggest you read the blog, and maybe think about the consequences if you don't.

I've only broken this rule on 1 occasion. I made a trollpasta called ???, and even though there is no symbol section at that time I still got a 1 day ban.

I updated the welcome message. I underlined the link to the Article Listing, since people were too fucktarded to get the idea that the grey text are links. I bolded the statement about getting banned for not updating it. I linked to the site rules about the AL. I mentioned that a User Submission addition is NOT the same as updating the Article Listing. Again, people seem to be too fucking stupid to see the difference. I also added a reminder to the New User Page text, so that when a person goes to edit their user page, they will have to see a line of text about updating the article listing.
TL;DR: I cannot make this any clearer beyond putting an automatically-playing recording of me screaming at people on the welcome user message and the front page. Fucking eh. -

I should have specified. It's unenforceable in the sense that the 11 year old tool can join the wiki and still do some damage before being disabled. As far as they are concerned it's a mission accomplished considering that their initial goal was to cause havoc in the first place.

Your abhorrence is really off the roof, but yes. Every new-created account must read rules, if they are not going to post any pastas, you still gotta read the rules. The world is not rule-free, ignorance is not tolerated. Yet again, maybe Cleric may have to stricken the rules a bit if this incursion act is continuous then if Cleric may have to tighten the rules more. AND, if the new created accounts are practically trolls or spammers or obviously simpletons then they must . . . well, I don't know right now but I know there's a certain word to fit in there.
