Why it May be Impossible for Two People to Kill Each Other

So, I got to thinking about five seconds ago, and I think it may be impossible for two people to kill each other. I mean, you'd have to, like, shoot/stab/hit each other at almost the EXACT SAME TIME. Now, unless two people actually just tried to kill each other just to prove me right or wrong, there would be almost no way.
