What is this pasta?

So the pasta I'm looking for has an image of a cat in a psychedelic style, it seems to be on some blotter paper. It starts off describing cat's in an ally way getting left overs from a shop if i recall correctly. I remember really liking it, if you could tell me the name I would really appreciate that.
