Hello folk, I am FrenchTouch, I've been a member of the Creepypasta Wiki since a little over two years now, I've seen the chat, I've seen the logos, I've seen the creation of ParentPages, I've seen the musical contest, I've seen a lot of shit, I mean, I've been here for longer than Banningk1979, Jay ten, Underscorre, HumboldtLycanthrope, Dr. Frank N. Furter, and many others, I'm not saying this to brag, but basically you'd guess that by now, I should be able to write at least one story, like, just one. I haven't, obviously, ever.
I've read tons of pastas, basically all the Project pages, a lot of the Writer's Workshop, and anyone who's ever had an exchange with me knows I most probably have the necessary amount of references and sources of inspiration to, normally, have at least a small idea of what to write. That is so wrong.
But the reason I'm making this blog post isn't to lament on the fact that I'm too perfectionist to even have an idea of what to write for this community, (and I guess I could write blog posts, but that's not the point) but because I figure that it is stupid to try to do something alone if I simply can't right now. So, as you may gather from this sentence, I'm going to need help.
So, I may have a beginning of a pitch, but I would like to collaborate with a writer on it, to give you an idea, the possible categories this idea will fit in are going to be Dreams, Ghosts, Reality, Mental Illness, and possibly Poetry, what I need is someone who has wording that can stay on point but confusing, wording that can give sense to something absurd, and give absurdity to something sensical.
The thing is all writers I was interested in at the time left this wiki or weren't even a part of it, so, I think this could be very interesting to see how I contribute to this “new generation” of creepypasta writing in other ways than stalking the wiki activity, marking everything for review and looking at all the different contests that are taking place.
If anyone is interested in collaborating with me, please leave a comment, preferably with the works you're most proud with, some of your influences and y'know, shit like that, if anyone just wants to know a little bit more without revealing the idea I have, leave a comment too, if anyone wants to make a joke so we can have a giggle, leave a comment too, it's always welcome.
