I couldn't settle on a single subject, so I decided to just mash a bunch of things together and see what happens. This blog post may be more akin to a journal entry and different from the blogs that I usually post, but please feel free to comment. First and foremost, I haven't put out a Creepypasta since February and I wanted to address that. It isn't that I am out of ideas, but rather the fact that I am focusing on writing something that isn't a Creepypasta; branching out. I did start work on a Creepypasta that is set in an Asylum, but I put it on hold in favor of working on Ikarigatari (that's the name of the not Creepypasta that I am working on). So, if you are one of the, probably, two people that I told that I was attempting to write a…Read more >
Today marks my one year anniversary of having joined the Creepypasta Wiki. I was really nervous when I joined, but the community has been nothing but welcoming and pleasant. Therefore, I thought I'd say thank you to everyone for all the good times and memories. I'm looking forward to spending another year on the Creepypasta Wiki. Thanks everyone, have a great day :D

Hello everyone! Today I was wondering if character descriptions really matter (I'd still do them regardless to share my vision). Now some of you that are reading this might be thinking, "Vroom, what are you going on about?" Well, whenever I read a story I tend to form my own view of the characters as soon as I read their names and that usually sticks and overrides whatever the descriptions say.
There is an exception and that is when a work has a cover and has the characters pictured, then I imagine them as they appear on the cover. Another exception to this is when there is reoccurring descriptions of a character/characters and it hammers home in my brain.
I was wondering if everyone else's minds did this or not. I'm interested in knowing wh…Read more >
I haven't made a blog post in a while and when I was considering that fact I came up with an idea that I thought was fairly interesting. I've decided to give myself a bit of a challenge with the challenge being to put out four creepypastas within twenty days. So, my deadline would be Valentine's Day. Obviously these are going to be full-fledged pastas that I deem as being high quality and not shovelware (most appropriate term I can think of).
Why am I blogging about this? Well, I'll feel more locked into it and thus be dedicated. I was also wondering how anyone that reads this challenges themselves while writing. Hopefully this is an interesting blog :DRead more >
For the longest time I wrote unaided, but lately I've found myself drawing out characters so that I can better grasp my concepts. It's kind of neat and helpful because I can just always look over the drawing and see what my character is wearing, how they walk based upon their posture and maybe glean some details on their personality based upon what kind of clothes they are wearing.
I'm considering going back and drawing some of the monsters from my previous completed Creepypasta and posting them on their story pages. I don't think I'm that bad at drawing (correct me if I am wrong): http://vroomvroom.freeforums.net/thread/497/vroom-art-thread
