Last night was Halloween, and it was... alright. I, being to old to beg for free food, handed out candy, and I came to the realization that my neighborhood has almost no children left in it. Through out the night, only about 12 people showed up and of those 12 people about 5 or 6 of them were just one large family trick-or-treating. It's slightly depressing to think that no one really cares anymore. It is odd that when I was younger I'd go house to house asking for candy, I never really saw anyone else trick or treating, but now that I am handing out candy I see how small and how their isn't that many kids in my neighborhood.
