My name is The Hooded Informant. I was previously known as "ElectricEliminator", although many friends of mine still refer to me as such. Anyways, something I'm known for is informing users (new or otherwise) about the latest events and shifts on this wiki, hence the name, "The Hooded Informant" (The "Hood" thing is simply because I like hoodies and wearing a hood). Many users often PM me for information, advice, or simply just to converse.

For that reason, I know a lot about the users on this wiki. In fact, most of them don't even know that I know more about them than they think. However, that does not mean I will be cavalier with their personal secrets. If someone requests that certain information I know be kept private, then that's what it will be.

My Circle of Friends

The list I've compiled here is, in my own personal discernment, the most superlative, amiable users on this entire wiki. I've spent months on here, attempting to figure out who should honestly go on this list. And finally, I think I've accomplished that goal and I will commentate on why I think these particular users are the best of them all. This inventory of users will meticulously illustrate their awesome traits.

I'm doing this out of my own volition, and I hope that the friends who I will mention on this list will enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed composing it. ;D

This list is going in no sequential order, this is strictly alphabetical:

Bushcraft Medic: Not only is Bushcraft Medic one of the most knowledge, mature, and well-versed users on this wiki, but he is also an top-notch administrator. I've never see him become upset, angry, or volatile. Bush is undoubtedly one of the most calm, assertive administrators on this wiki, and for that, I have to add him to this list. In addition to being a sensible user, he's also a very affable gentleman. Often times, I find myself conversing with him through PM just for the sake of chatting. Yes, indeed, if you're new to this wiki, I highly recommend meeting with Bushcraft Medic for not only your wiki needs, but your socializing needs as well. Thank you for being an amazing adminstrator and friend, Bush.

ChaoticPeace: ChaoticPeace is, in my honest opinion, the most intelligent user on this wiki. From what I've learned about her, she retains an extensive knowledge of economics, politics, and science. Truth be told, she unquestionably is much more savvy in those categories than I am. In addition to being very knowledgeable on those topics, she is one of the more rational-minded users on this wiki. Often, when the Creepy Pasta wiki chat gets too crazy, I often request that she PMs me just so we can either converse about an intellectually-stimulating topic, Academia, or simply about daily life and all of its craziness. And every once in a while, we'll chat for hours. It just goes to show how much of a great person she is to converse with. Thanks for being such an awesome (and very intelligent) person, Chaotic.

ClericofMadness: Thanks to this gentleman, this wiki exists. Yes, it becomes turbulant with drama and petulant situations, but ClericofMadness has painstakingly labored to keep this site running at optimum efficiency. I must say, that I've visited several wikis in the past, but none of them are as well-run, multifarious, and as innovative as this one. The protocols Cleric has enlisted on this site are very simple to follow, and he often makes wise decisions when assigning new administrators and chat moderators. That being said, I have to personally thank Cleric for engineering this site and for attempting to allow aspiring authors to write an interesting horror story for the world to see. Thanks for all of your hard work, man. I wish you luck in everything you do.

Creepydude42: Creepydude42 AKA Ryan is arguably the most extroverted, amicable user on this wiki. His harmonious, jovial temperament makes everyone happy when he enters the chat. Not once have I ever seen him grow hostile towards another user, nor have I ever witnessed him been kicked out and/or banned from the chatroom. Ryan may be one of the first friends I ever made on this wiki, so for that, he and I go way back. Also, he has an exquisite, rich taste in music. He also is willing to review any story you throw his way, so he's also an amazing literary critic. So, in my perspective, Ryan is the most agreeable, friendly user on this chat. Many thanks for being such a well-mannered and polite user, Ryan.

HiddenSpirit: HiddenSpirit is another user who I have a history with. Along with ChaoticPeace, she's one of the more rational-minded, intelligent users of this wiki. From what I've learned about her, her favorite topics include poetry, literature, and philosophy. She is, honestly, one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met in terms of philosophy. Many thanks to her for all of those philosophical discussions we used to have through PMs. We don't do that much anymore, unfortunately. She is also one of the more mature users here. Regardless, she has a sense of humor, and she makes me laugh on occasion. I wish her nothing but happiness, success, and good health in her life.

HomahSamsin2024: Oh man...where do I begin with this guy? Well, for starters, he's quite possibly one of the funniest and hedonistic users around. Nearly half the time he speaks, he's making me laugh, chuckle, or grin. He may not get on every single user's good side, but he certainly does know how to entertain. Also, I agree with many of opinions regarding specific television programs, particularly in animation. Nowadays, all you need is a degree and money and it will most likely be made into a show and all the derpy internet subculture kids will eat it up like cake. My apologies, I digress. I also laugh at his intense hatred for Family Guy and its creator, Seth MacFarlane. Homah, please continue making me laugh. I sure could use one right now.

Lovethedesu: Like Creepydude42, Desu is one of the more friendly users of this wiki. As her profile states, she loves everyone on the chat. In addition to being a kind, good-natured user, she's also a talented artist. Desu has the won the hearts of several users on this wiki, including my own. Never once have I seen her lash out at another user. For this reason, she has earned my respect as one of the kindest people I've ever met. Thank you for your kindess, Desu. Imagine how much better the world would be if there were more people like you in it.

SloshedTrain: SloshedTrain has become one of my most favorite administrators on this wiki. Unlike Bushcraft Medic, Sloshed isn't as active on the chat. Although he does tend to come around, he's not as vocal. Rather, I appreciate his presence because he focuses his strength on developing and improving the wiki itself (at least that's what I've noticed). For that, I have to thank him. Disposition-wise, he seems to be another tranquil, sensible user who seems to share a friendly rapport with his fellow users. Although from what I've heard, he tends to be very strict regarding users who do not update the Article Listing. I've never observed this behavior, but if that's the case, then I'm glad he's taken the initiative to cleaning up this place ASAP. Many thanks for your contributions, Sloshed.

Temmington: Temmington is another very mature, calm user. She often tries to keep the peace on the chat by screen-capping trolls and noobs in action. I admire her determination and spirit in becoming a chat moderator. I know for a fact that she will certainly enforce the rules and make the chat a better place to socialize with fellow horror fans. In terms of friendship, Temmington and I often engage in conversation, discusses things such as our personal lives and drama on the wiki (sometimes). Also, she seems to have the best avatars on this wiki, which is ironic for me, because I'm not much of an MLP fan. Regardless, Temmington has become one of my favorite users. Hope you stay a while, Temm.

Tyranical Tyranis: Tyranis is an extremely easy person to get along with. He's cool, calm, friendly, and he's a very good listener. We don't speak much on the main chat, but mostly through PMs whenever we do. I enjoy conversing with him because he's so relaxed and calm. Like Creepydude42, I've never seen him grow aggressive to other users. For that reason, I believe he's also another user with an amiable demeanor. And he is also a very fun person to chat with on Skype and Tinychat. He's a "kool kat". *wink*

Vile45: Vile45 isn't very talkative on the chat except for a few words to commentate on what's going on, but he's quickly become one of my best friends on this wiki. He's hilarious and a great listener. He loves to joke around, and he calls me "Gramps", due to the fact that I'm four years older than him. Heh heh, but he does it as a joke of course, and in exchange, I call him, "kiddo" or "whipper-snapper". Also, I think he's one of the most trustworthy users on this site. It's unfortunate that he goes under the radar in terms of "best users" lists, because I think he's one of the greatest. Thanks for being there, Vile. Stay kool, kool kat.

Werecool: Werecool simply has to be one of the best authors on this wiki. Not only are his stories riveting, chilling, and explicitly-detailed, but he also incorporates an amazing amount of research into his stories. It's obvious that he takes great pride in the work he composes. He is also a very well-versed critic. Often, I take his advice on the pastas I write, and the reasons he provides for his opinions are well-thought out and descriptive. And of course, he's also a great person to get along with. He also has a good sense of humor, tongue-twisters and all, heh heh. Werecool reminds me of a time when people actually put effort into their art. Thanks for being there, dude.

Wolves in the Basement: OMG WOLVES! I WUB YOU I WUB YOU I WUB YOU!...ahem. But seriously, Wolves has quickly become one of my favorite users on this wiki. She is sweet, kind, and very spontaneous. She's always there to listen to problems as well, and she has an interesting taste in music. Oh, and her obsession with Gengars is fun and colorful too. Gengars rule! And she's an expert at making people laugh, IMO. Every time we go into PM, I know, for a fact, that she will brighten up my day. We share a loving, friendly relationship. I wub woo, Wolves! ;D

(HONORABLE MENTION) CanadasElite: Now I know what you're thinking; Why the hell did I put this random, generic user on this list? Well, the answer's simple: This guy was kicked out of the chat about a month ago for, according to the records, spamming this chat. Although what he spammed with is what made me like him. I'm not for spamming, usually, but he made me laugh, and what he said has become sort of an inside joke with a few users I'm friends with. He came in saying, "Willis. Oh Willis. OH WILLIS. OHHHHH WILLIS" Thanks for the laugh, Canada.

• And that concludes this list. However, that doesn't mean it's set in stone. I'm willing to add more users if, and only if, they present themselves as awesomely as these good people did. Do not request that you be put on this list. I will make the decision as to whether or not you will be on it. I added these users for who they are, not because they asked to be.
