Hey wassup? so... ya. I'm here. Pretty cool right? Well, I'm a writer, and i'm currently working on three novels, one of which isn't so scary. Here are the names and summary's of them!
Fighting Fang and Tooth: This is the first of the three I started working on. It's about a girl named Lindsay who lives in a future society underground in these tunnels called Compounds. In her world, killing a vampire is everything, and she wanted to grow up to be a great vampire hunter herself, especially to gain revenge on a vampire that killed her parents at the start of the Blood War. Before she could finish her training, she is kidnapped by a vampire named Abafor who held her hostage to escape the compounds. She goes on great adventures with him, along with many other vampires, unlocking shocking secrets about the humans, and her own past.
Soul of the Forest: This is the the novel that isn't particularly scary. It's about a girl named Soreil who, as far as she knows, has always lived in her village of human-animal mixes ever since she woke in a random field. She is mixed with a Black-bird, and has a black bird familiar named Rolant. She discovers that Rolant, just like all the other familiars is a shapeshifter from another rival village. She is arrested for some unknown reason after seeing flashes of dreams of what could be her past. She travels the world, discovering shocking details about her own past, as well as Rolant's. Along for the ride is her best friend Widad, and her fox familiar, Ernan. It will become a trilogy.
Finally, the scariest novel of the three, and the most recent one I started, it is also my favorite. After I joined creepypasta, I started to draw inspiration from the fear brought on by the stories. I thought: What is my worst fear? What are most people scared of? The answer I came up with: The unknown. The different. Instantly I thought: Freak Show. It's dark, evil, VERY different. Perfect.
I started looking around online and researching freak shows when I came across a certain era of freak shows in Japan. In the Edo Period, people in Japan were so desperate for money that some sick people would kidnapp children and manually deform them. Wether it be by making them go insane, or sewing them to a twin, it would be a painfull process. Then, once they joined the circus, they would be treated terribly. They would be often raped, beaten, and even burned with acid. So, I thought that this would be the PERFECT thing to write a book about.
Circus #4: In the future, there are 4 illegal attractions, Circus #1, a circus where preformers fight each other to the death, and the audience can volunteer to test there own strength in a fight to the death as well. Circus #2. In this circus, people of all ages who were kidnapped, or even given to the circus, are forced to preform acts of hard labor. This could be anything from lifting a few waits, fighting a bull, or even something as simple as cleaning a rug. Then, the preformers are bought by the audience as slaves. Circus #3. Circus #3 is disguised as a fair, but really it is a killing machine. Families, women and children come to the circus knowing they will have so much fun, when really, there just committing suicide. There is everything you might find at a fair, there is the mirror maze, which holds a little surprise of bloodthirsty clowns. A funhouse filled with poisonous insects, evil noises, canible clowns, and every other fun thing you could think of. And of course, they have the circus, where children volunteer for magic acts, dissappear, and never return. Now, if you think these are horrible, you'd be correct. But nothing, and I mean nothing, is as terrible as Circus #4. It is a freakshow, run by a mysterious ringmaster, controled by his henchmen, and brought to life by the freaks. The main events are Enma, the newest addition. A real live centaur who can shoot a target from a mile away. Beware around her, beware. Trav, the werewolf boy, Ringmasters son, and he can lift anything you give him. In fact, he could probably lift a house right out of the ground. Ordalia, the cyborg, M.P, the Mermaid Princess, Cat-dog, Jack and Jill, the twins who will always be together, Borgo the cyclops, Pariola, the acrobat with no arms, Larry the igor, and many, many more poor souls forced to live on as they are, who will never find love or a family. And then there's Lenisa. The cat-girl singer. She has the dumbest act, no one likes her. A little song to sing every day, so boring. Ya right. She has the most interesting act of all, controled by the ringmaster. An escape, dilusions, Trav, Enma, a great secret, she may think she's controling her destiny, but she is nothing more that ringmaster's puppet... or so he thinks...
