Combine's Perpsective

I recently started getting mails from a mysterious stranger known as totheark, I know this guy is related to the slenderman mythos so I just passed it off as some random spambot. It was getting very annoying though so I told my friend on steam.

It turns out, he was getting similar mails. We both attempted to mail "Totheark" back, only to be shown an error that said that it couldn't deliver the message.

By now we were pretty creeped out. Whoever this person was they were obviously not a spambot. But one of the mails was unusual, because it was sent only to me. It read:

"The bell it tolls."

After some consideration I decided it meant a funeral bell. Luckily, I'm not dead yet, so that's a plus. But the messages got more and more aggressive, threatening to kill us if we told other people. We know you will pass this off as fiction, so I guess it doesn't really count.

The following messages were sent within minutes of each other:

"It tolls. The bell it tolls."

"Don't ask"

"Stop hiding."

"I have you where I want you."

"Death comes."

"The one you love has ceased to live." (Shortly afterwards I heard a scream from the next room).

"RUN."

Soon after the last message my computer started acting up. I didn't stop to compare this result with my friend. I followed it's advice.

I didn't get far.
