It was a quiet night at a 24 hour open diner in the middle of the Texas desert. It was about 3 am, The diner was owned by a man named John Mastedino, none was at the diner other than John and his friend, Eric Miro.
Eric Miro was a thug and a heroine addict who committed a lot of crimes to feed his addiction, Eric Miro escaped from the police by moving in with his buddy John who lives out in the middle of nowhere.
Eric was sitting at one of the diner booths reading a paper and drinking vodka, and John was watching the small television that was set on the counter, until a strange hooded man walked into the diner. Eric was drunk and glared at the strange man curiously.
"Can I help you?" John asked.
The strange man replied in a soft voice, so soft John could barely make out what he said: "I'll have a coffee." John quickly made the man his coffee without speaking, The strange man took the coffee and went and sat down at the booth across from Eric.
"What the fuck do you want?" Eric said sloppily.
The strange hooded man did not reply. John decided to head to the bathroom, when John came back from the bathroom he saw the front door of the diner just closed and he looked over and found Eric with his head buried in his arms on the table. John rushed over to find that Eric's face remained as nothing but a pile of ashes.
John jumped and yelled in terror, John paused and ran out of the diner to look for any sign of the hooded man, John looked all around at the desert stretched for miles thinking there is no way that the man could have gotten away... but there was no sign of the hooded man. John walked back into the diner shaking, he walked to the front desk and noticed a little white business card that had a name written in blood that said:
The Judge is an urban legend who has been deemed a nuetral l force, people mysteriously would go missing and mysteriously be found dead, with a burn wound especially on the face. These events would always happen in Texas, in the more desolate areas. The victims have always tended to be truckers or drug dealers.
