A teenager was found at his house with his legs tied up to his bed and his head cut off with a knife from the kitchen. The parents are obviously extremely upset, as any would be when their child is dead. The detectives found something next to the body. The detectives dismiss the case because of this item.

At first I thought this headache was just nothing. Later I started to think it was something. I started to hear voices. The voices kept me company and I enjoyed talking to them. My parents started to get worried and sent me to see a therapist. The therapist prescribed some kind of medicine that I refused to take. My parents bought me a cone of ice cream and the voices told me that they slipped a pill inside. I kindly declined the ice cream and my parents insisted. I told them that I am not interested in eating ice cream. They threw the ice cream away and we went home. I went to sleep with the voices singing a song for me.

The next day my parents turned on the news and there was a report of a murder where a man was slit in the throat while sleeping. My parents told me to go upstairs to my room and try to relax. They knew how much this headache is hurting me. I spend the next couple of hours laying down in bed just talking with the voices. The voices then told me to go downstairs and ask my mother for some lunch of macaroni and cheese. I did that and my mother suggested a sandwich instead. I got irritated and my headache worsened. My mother noticed that my headache was hurting worse so she obliged and made me macaroni and cheese. After I finished my lunch I told my parents I would go take a nap. I fell asleep almost instantly.

I had a nightmare about me slicing the throat of that man on the news. I woke up in a cold sweat and my head was hurting a lot. It was 1 A.M. I could tell that the voices were in pain too. I sneaked out to the country to get some fresh air. It didn't help my headache. I noticed a man walking towards a ditch. The voices told me that they need a new head to stop the headaches. They told me to murder him. I told him I won't. My headache got unbearable. I had no choice but to do what the voices wanted me to do. I started to feel like I was going to pass out. As I walk towards the man who was now sleeping in the ditch whilst being camouflaged. I lost consciousness.

I woke up in my bed with my headache gone. I walked downstairs to see my parents watching the news where a homeless man had his head torn off by hand and the head was nowhere to be found. I was there last night! I was confused on how I didn't get hurt. My mother made me waffles for breakfast but I couldn't eat. I felt really full for some reason. The rest of the day was pretty normal and I went to sleep pretty easily.

I woke up at 1:30 A.M. I was irritated and my voices told me to go downtown. I had no choice but to do what they said. As I went downtown the voices told me to enter the door that was to my right. It was unlocked. I protested saying that it's trespassing and illegal. The voices told me you are already in enough trouble and that trespassing would not make it worse. I was confused but I still did what they asked. When I entered the building I knew what they meant. I ran home with an excruciating headache. When I got home I took a knife from the kitchen without me knowing and I tied my legs to the bed with a knot that is extremely hard to undo.

As I am writing this I am still tied to my bed with a painful headache. The voices want another head. I am close to another session of unconsciousness. I write this so my parents would know the truth. Goodbye friends and family. I love you. I am so sorry for what I have done.
