Type in File: and then the first few letters of the filename, and that should make it drop down, yes?

Alright. Also with this I have come to the realization that there is only so much creepypasta out there. At one point we must start publishing OC on the wiki. But that seems a bit long term to me. I have a ton of pasta to still unload, and there are hundreds out there floating around. I don't think we'll need OC for too long. I think we should build up the site a little more and promote it on /x/ and other areas of the internets devoted to pasta, then start asking some of the more serious writers, like Josef K., if they feel like having their work added to the wiki.

I'd say add it and keep it on until somebody gets pissed. If you know the author, add their name. If they want you to take it down, and they can prove that they're the author, take it down. That way, I think we can have the most pasta possible.

We're at 88 total now, with 39 remaining un-listed picture pastas.

We should create a watermark and add it to all of our picture pastas. It just needs to be as simple as the link "Creepypasta.wikia.com", and our red 4chan logo. It'll make it much easier for us to become well known in the creepypasta community. We can have a community artist to make it and let him put his name on it so that we get free labour and he gets better known as an artist amongst /x/.

Also, looking at this new letter section ordering, it's easy to miss the picture pasta list at the bottom.

I think it makes sense to merge the two lists and create a page for each pasta including the full pasta in either picture or text form, or both if we have them. That way, we can watermark the picture pasta that we have so that it can be put on /x/, and have access to the text forms, which are easier to read.

Thank you. Just a thought, if we get this going well enough, eventually outpacing our competition coming form other creepypasta wikis, we could move the wiki to our own domain and begin to pay for hosting, while using the popularity that we gained in the community to generate revenue through advertising on a website hosted by us.

That assumes we have a big enough community, which might involve aiming for an even larger audience than few /x/philes.

The only limitation is moving the information from a wikia template to our own site, involving site which I have no experience in. We need to be on the lookout for others with that experience that would work for free or could be repaid in notoriety or barter instead of money.

It's just speculation, but something to keep in mind.

A cashflow would be nice. All we would have to do is a make a page that's nothing but a href tags to all the articles and a category page. I would miss the [[ and ]]s, lol. The thing about own site would be image hosting costs, yes? If we need extra revenue...I am a writer.
