I have decided to experiment with the Lavender Town Syndrome. MOST of the rumors seem like bullshit, but I wanna see what these ‘frequencies’ and ‘binaural beats, are all about. I will listen to the Lavender Town theme for 30 minutes per day.

I will also do something that most people do not do: I will fall asleep each night with the music blaring in my headphones. I will make this experiment last as long as possible. I will try 2 months and see how it goes. I probably won’t document each day. After a few days I will only document every few days.

Day 1: I feel very claustrophobic after listening to this theme for half an hour. Bad headache. Plus paranoia.

Morning 1: I awoke violently. No real side effects except a massive headache.

Day 2: I feel eyes on me. Probably nothing though. No other side effects. I’m gonna take a nap.

Morning 2: Face soaked in blood, as well as pillows. Very dizzy from blood loss. This is more dangerous than I thought. Only my nose was bleeding.

Day 3: Got caught up in the music today. I listened for two hours! Such a peaceful melody… it won’t leave my head, but I don’t mind! J

Morning 3: When I woke up, the music was no longer playing. My game was turned off. But the amazing melody was still playing in my head! This is strange…

Day 5: I feel eyes watching me. Everywhere. Voices in my head are telling me that I am not crazy. I certainly feel crazy though…. This headache is killer… It never leaves. I am DETERMINED to keep my sanity. These voices are only in my head.

Morning 5: The voices are telling me that the Empire will dominate the world. They say we are all friends in this new world. The new world sounds amazing. I am fascinated by this ‘empire’…

Day 10: This music seems to get better and better. My friends are always in the room with me. They don’t mock me like those other losers. I tried to tell them of the peaceful Empire, but they spit in my face. HA but the Empire will take care of them.

Morning 10: I woke up because a soldier in a World War Japanese uniform nudged me. He told me the Empire has risen, and that he would avenge me.

Day 13: He avenged me today. One of the idiots who mocked me were found dead. I am assuming that he killed them. I TOLD them but they wouldn’t listen! Haha they got what was coming… More soldiers joined the Empire today. They are really quiet though… And they wear everyday average clothing…

Morning 18: It has been quiet. My headache hasn’t left, but I have more news! Ever since the Empire came again, it has been continually growing! They are all really quiet and pale…. They also stink more each day. The soldier in uniform thinks I am doing a great job. He told me to join the Empire when I ‘hear the calls’ and ‘see the lights radiating’. I think I’m gonna end at 30 days, because no more major side effects have taken place.

Day 20: This is just fascinating! The Empire now has 16 members! They are staying with me in my room. They are all still quiet though… I wonder if I did something wrong, but the soldier said that it was normal. He told me to continue listening to the music. No objections here! I love it! He is right; the world does seem to be peaceful now. I have been in my room with my friends for 20 days now, with no obstacles.

Day 23: THE EMPIRE WILL RISE! THE EMPIRE WILL CONQUER! THE EMPIRE WILL BRING PEACE!

Morning 25: I still think that the music is amazing, despite the ear bleeding.

Day 28: I see the lights flashing outside. They are very bright, too bright. There are also sirens calling. They must want to join. But I must now leave you all. I regret that it wasn’t the intended two months, but I have been called to join the empire. My pale friends are speaking, and they agree!! So I leave you all with a final statement: Join the Empire! It will be worth it. Listen to the music.
