"I don't know!" The child yelled at the therapist on the first day of therapy.

"I want you to tell me, Kyle. What did Joey the Turtle tell you to do?" the therapist asked the child again.

"Something. I don't know. Stop asking me questions!" The child yelled back.

"Now Kyle, I know you can tell me. What did Joey tell you?" replied the therapist. The child ran down the stairs crying and wanting to get away from his bedroom which was now inhabited by an "Evil" therapist. (Or what he thought in his mind)

The child grabbed some juice from the fridge and rushed to the little space under the sink which was obtainable via a little door. He was crying. He heard the therapist's footsteps coming down the stairs and his voice yelling for him to come back to his room. The Child didn't know what to do. He began to panic. Why would my parents leave me with this monster?

The child heard the sound of a doorbell. Had his parents finally come home? He was so excited.

But it wasn't his parents.

It was even better, in the child's eyes.

TWO WEEKS EARLIER

It was a bright and happy birthday day for a now 9 year old child by the name of Kyle. Although he could only see his friends with Skype, as he recently moved hundreds of miles from their old home to West Virginia because of a job opportunity. It offered far more money than Kyle's parent's old job did.

Kyle was having fun talking about his gifts with his friends. They talked for about 3 hours! Near the conclusion of the Skype call, one of Kyle's friends told him to check his Email. (Kyle used his dad's Gmail because his dad had a Hotmail replacing it now, and Kyle called it his Email. All of the other kids had Emails as well, so sometimes they would send messages to each other.)

Kyle went to go check his Email, and saw 1 new message. The title was "Read pls" Kyle read the letter. It said;

Hello, friend. As I look through your webcam, I notice... My my, what an... interesting... house you have... As I peek behind your face in the... call... I see your window has a very... very... very... interesting place. The... woods seem to be calling... your name... maybe you should... explore... goodbye, friend...

It came with an attachment file. A .wma file. It was titled: hello_friend.wma. Kyle decided to download it because he saw a button. Because it was his friend's email, he trusted it.

The Sound File Kyle Downloaded

Kyle played the sound only to hear some weird beeps and boops play. Similar to those in Portal, when you take a radio to a hidden area. Kyle was confused and a little afraid of what he had received. Should he go out into the forest?

After a night's worth of sleep, Kyle decided he should go and see what his friend was talking about. While his parents weren't looking, Kyle ran out the door and headed to the forest. He was out there for a good 6 hours, and his parents were in a panic. He finally got back with a stuffed turtle he called Joey.

At Kyle's bedtime, his parents heard him talk to Joey as if he were a real person. They talked about friendship and something about... glass?

In the morning, Kyle walked downstairs from his room into the kitchen. He saw his parents gasp in horror as they saw his arm impaled with a shard of glass. They rushed to the medical supplies and Kyle just stood there with a smile on his face. Not showing any pain. Not showing any emotion. This lasted for days. At last Kyle's parents hired someone to be Kyle's therapist.

"Hello, Kyle. I am your therapist." The therapist said once he saw Kyle.

"I hear your turtle is asking you to do bad things?" Kyle was distracted by the fact that Joey was nowhere to be seen. He wanted his parents to come back home, but he also wanted Joey.

"I don't know!" The child yelled at the therapist on the first day of therapy.

"I want you to tell me, Kyle. What did Joey the Turtle tell you to do?" the therapist asked the child again.

Joey. Yes, Joey. Kyle ran to open the door and saw Joey laying on the ground covered in lots of blood. Kyle picked the turtle up and hugged it. Nobody really knows what happened after that, except that the sound file was actually an image. Using a program called MMSSTV, the audio translates to a picture. This is that picture.
