The Doctrina varae Religionis is a book, currently in the making, and is a guide that aides in the logical explanation of existence through reasonable complaints to human comprehension. This book guides one on a journey into the innermost regions of one's own ability to comprehend and understand the universe that we live in and reason as real. Although, it does not clarify any specific gods or goddesses in a ruling class over the cosmos, it does give insight in a philosophic on a type of divinity (I use this world very objectively as to its meaning of ever present, not subjectively as god). Without further introduction, I will post some of the first part, I remind all readers that it is Copyrighted
Prelude of Doctrina
The unfortunate truth of our sad reality, is that people from all walks of earth have, so apparently and willingly, lost their touch with not only existence as a whole, but have lost also, touch within themselves. Individuals have lost their individualism that was so apparent just fifty to sixty years ago, (amid the rebellion era of the 1960s and 1970’s) and that spirit of, “All power to me, and no power over me,” has not only been lost within people, but has been forgotten as well. With so many different types of livelihood in today’s era, it is easy to get drawn into one specific mannerism, or way, and block out all other walks and ways, limiting oneself to that specific mannerism. Instead of broadening horizons, and attempting new things for experience and fun, mankind has seemingly gone into this eternal state of repetition on the daily basis. Freedom from this cycle is necessary to understand that which is prevalent within ourselves.
What is freedom and freedom from what exactly? Specifically, freedom from repetition, freedom from immorality, freedom from ignorance, freedom from insolence, freedom from greed, and what can be considered the most vital, the most important, is the freedom from Stupidity. Stupidity is not what most defines it as. It is, in every sense of the word, “Being nonobservant of phenomena that are present before oneself; ignoring what is and observing what is not; pulling oneself into collation with things that need not collation. Being in all ways, inanimate2.” These freedoms, and much more, are explained in great detail in this book, and with the lessons and teachings located here within, one can truly hope to be freed from meaningless existence, and hope with all fullness, to understand life’s purposes and ambitions better. With this book, a boy will transform into a man, a girl blossom into a full woman, and be filled with the knowledge and wisdom that the universe has to offer them.
Author's Note
I, a man of philosophical study and scientific reasoning, a musician, composer, and man of reasonable thought, have come across a greater understanding of life, moreover, existence. When I stumbled upon this epiphany, which I will not claim to you came unto me with angel’s wings and god through the clouds, however I am certain that the life beyond what we know spoke to me. Basically, all things written within this book are bound by the universality of Empiricism, which means that all knowledge we know today is derived from the senses we use to perceive the world around us. An extension to this, that I have concluded and expanded upon, is David Hume’s Bundle Theory. However, I also conclude that all things are interrelated through Plato’s Theory of Forms.
That is all I will post, until I get feedback on how people react to it.
